A Planning Guide for each destination is included within Mighty Networks, which breaks the planning process, from inquiry to returning home, for Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. You’ll also receive a spreadsheet containing our trusted Workflow Task List, complete with recommended time frames for each planning step.
If you’re new to planning either destination or need a reset with all of the constant changes, the combination of the Planning Guide and Workflow Task List can give you the clarity you need to plan magical vacations for your clients without dropping any balls in the process.
Monthly Training Calls & Co-working Sessions
Every month, Torri and Leanne will host Monthly Training Calls, each themed around planning Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort destinations. They are both actively planning these destinations for their clients and in the “thick of it” just like you! Get a refresher, learn new information, or ask questions pertaining to the topic.
They will also host quarterly co-working sessions, providing an opportunity to focus on working in your theme park planning business. They’ll be available to answer any questions as you work.
Dropbox Photo Library
Due to the terms and conditions of each destination, it is essential that you have a robust library of personal photos for your social media and email marketing. You have full access and permission to use any and all photos you find within our Dropbox library for personal use. From party scenes to park icons, resort pools to favorite attractions, this library continues to build! (We’re actively continuing to add our photos to the library.)

Tern (CRM) lets us easily add templates to your account. We have created resort templates for Walt Disney World that include room categories with bed types, and our resort property photos. This is an incredible value that will save you considerable time presenting either destination, all while reinforcing your expertise. Universal Orlando Resort hotels are coming soon!
